Pros

Its a leading producers of mobile communications which make it an honor to work at Nokia. I think Nokia with a lit more skilled labors can be back as the leading sellers of cell phones.

Cons

There were not much downsides while working at Nokia, the only disadvantage I found was they could provide the labors with a bit more extra-time and allowance.

There are many projects across the company, but it is difficult to switch groups to take advantage of them.

There are many hard-working, competent, engineers. Everyone pitches in together to get the job done. Senior management is very open with upcoming re-structuring activities.

Cons

There is a 40% layoff occurring, so it is difficult to know if your job will be there tomorrow. Travel is very limited, making it difficult to attend training classes and impossible to attend trade conferences.
