Work life balance Flexibility timings Decent pay and compensation One of the key players in the telecom domain Absolute scope for learning and automation for testing team people. There is a good learning scope inside the team and encouragement from the senior management. Scope given for innovation and key ideas to bring about positive change in the work environment. system was open to change to some extent

Cons

Changing the role inside the department is hell, Monotonous sometimes, which someone generally gets frustrated to work with. So far there was no solution regarding the same.
