Nissan is strong managing their inventory. Some of the management team are very good, especially on the marketing planning side. Compensation is middle of the road.

Cons

Politics plays quite a big role at Nissan. If you are unfortunate enough to get assigned to the wrong team, your life can be miserable. Teamwork only exists in limited quantities, instead be prepared to cover your back at all times. Backstabbing is a sport here,.

we are not getting complete exposure to end to end manufacturing of parts of car HR policies are not employee oriented
