The people from Management down to the Associates were great people. The Benefits were amazing as well.

There were not any CONS that I can remember at this current time.

Owners care about their employees and try to do right by them.

Cons

The environment is very unstructured, training is minimal and little focus is placed on it. You are essentially on your own, so it is best if you already have your selling skills down.
