      + you will be able to rotate through different jobs types + tempo is very high and will train you to be very quick and agile + Company strategy is daring

      Cons

      - Way too much reporting and not the right tools to do it (S&M) - Job rotation means that people change jobs quick, but do not have necessary skills and engagement in position - Lack of processes resulting in double work

      - the team in Slovakia is small, very limited opportunities for full time employment - more likely in Budapest if so
