      Pros

      The pay is good. Team is diverse and most people are nice.

      Cons

      They do not care about the consumers at all. The dealers can structure deals to take advantage of and gouge people and management does not care. Daily reports of fraud and/or price gouging were met with shrugs.

      Constantly Downsizing , no employee friendly company. No basic amenities provided to employee like cab service after overtime etc. Focusing only on cost saving by reducing no. Of staff.

      International profiles, rotations within the company every 2-3 years, company car. Certain flexibility on working time but limited. Strong position in the market and solid finances

      Cons

      Low quality of people management, terrible HR, very high workload and stress levels, long working hours. Very operational rather than strategic. No well-defined processes, thus reinventing the wheel every time
