Excellent salary and benefits packages, and chance to progress due to aging workforce and looming retirement schedule. Can have a lot of job satisfaction in people management.

Cons

Experiences vary significantly by function. Antiquated management style is still prevalent and pride and loyalty to the Company is expected with little effort to inspire it.
