If you want to dead end your career, this is the place for you. While they tout mobility, that is only true for a select few. You know who, and the few tokens. All of the isms (sexism, racism, etc) run rampant, the higher you go up the ladder, the less representation of marginalized communities you will see, especially at the Dallas location. They will interview candidates and waste everyone’s time when they already know who they want for the position (usually someone’s buddy) HR is a joke to the point that long time employees told me not to bother going to HR as it would only make things worse and nothing would be done.
