Long hours, nearly impossible bonus structure to max out if you do any type of volume. They do it on a survey system that makes you operate in a 98.5% satisfaction rate to get the full bonus.

Not many, expensive car scheme, draws for holidays

Cons

Busy over paced workload and not appreciated, higher positions tend to look after their mates when job opportunities arise, your just a number and forced overtime that your always expected to do although your only expected to work a 'fair' amount
