Pros
Good atmosphere, Nice people, friendly environment. You are encouraged to learn new skills and new technologies. Big place, and yet dynamic. So if you get board or want to evolve - you can switch positions every 1-2 years. Good work-life balance, in most teams.
Cons
Every 1-2 years there is a structural change and you often shift to another team or group. It might be a good thing sometimes, but not always, and it is not up to you. In some teams, managers make unreasonable commitments, and you find yourself working late to meet an unreasonable deadline for no good reason. (But it depends who your managers are, and most teams do have a good work-home balance)
