      it's not a joke: the people at NICE are really nice. people are friendly, fun to work with, got the brain and skills, have the passion, insperation and ability to push the company forward.

      Cons

      salaries are not the highest in the industry, but if you work for money and not interest - don't go.

      Good people trying hard to help get the company to $1B target

      Cons

      There is no salary equality, if you were hired 6 yeas ago your base has not changed, but if you hired on recently then you make ~$20K more than the longer term employee.
