      Dynamic & Global environment, spread around the globe with several R&D centers, strong and skilled sales force, using state-of-the-art advanced technologies and always strive for more.

      Conservative company - sometimes to the high extreme. It is also very much customer driven yet, although its size and strength

      * Poor salaries and compensation package. * Lousy HR department. * very low management. level especially the mid level (Directors). * Bad services, and bad support.

      Pros

      Usually we work between 9 to 10 hours a day. there are peeks every once in a while but i can live with that.

      Cons

      I guess the salary is is a bit lower than average. Recently there has been a shift from .NET to Java. For experienced .NET developers this is not a simple decision to make.
