Pros
Some decent people there, as with any company. Telecommute options for field people. Option to basically run amok and if you're good of course you won't do that, but very much a ask for forgiveness rather than permission type of organization.
Cons
As the title says, a meat grinder. If you have skills they'll burn you out. Virtually no work like balance. The culture has always been that if you don't work through your evenings you're looked upon with disdain. Very limited upward mobility options. Management is in constant upheaval, very little communication or cooperation between departments, divisions, and companies. Very political and cut throat culture. Far too financially driven with lip service to those things that matter to customers and the market (service, product stability, responsive and efficient support, etc.).
