      Leader within their vertical. Great product to sell.

      Cons

      Ironically for a company that supplies software to manage and improve customer experience, NICE has some of the worst customer support to their own customers. This Makes it a huge burden on the sales rep

      Pros

      Not too much workload. People there are nice. They offered free fruit and all kinds of snack. You can work remote.

      Cons

      The orientation is bad. No one shows you the big picture of the company and the department. No training at all. No room for personal career development.

      Pros

      Did meet some nice people and the office/location was excellent. Easy in and out, nice facilities and professional environment (despite it being open plan)

      Cons

      Very slow organisation with many managers layered on top of each other. A bureaucratic nightmare where expenses and approvals have the most convoluted and obnoxious system. Not to mention the unhelpful admin staff that manage it. On a tech level, very disorganised and tight for money when paying for servers/space and even their own cdn bills. Lack of talented people that can actually do the work, and those who do have skill are stretched to their limits. Not nice to be in NICE - everyone knows about this company and their attitude.
