      Pros

      NICE is a good company to work. Its really a profession company but on the other hand they take care of your personal benefits as well. Managers are really good and they have good communication with their subordinates.

      Cons

      The only issue is Salary Rise every year. They provide bonus every year but salary percentage increase are not as per Market value.

      Poor sales leadership,lack of resources in implementation, support. No process management.
