      Good company, good products and good atmosphere

      Pros

      Very challenging times through the need to convert the business into applications sales. Nice product portfolio. Great people and good atmosphere. Public company with strong financial results and a leader in its markets attitude.

      Cons

      Very challenging to achieve agressive targets. Management changes resulted into contradictory strategies every other year. Company direction is not clear after separation of the security division but there should be some more relevant changes.

      Pros

      Company is in transition to a more enterprise worldwide company. Very focused on sales organization, if you are in sales you will be treated well.

      Cons

      Poor products quality, the investment in R&D and professional services is being cut to increase revenues. The company doesn't pay well in comparison to the market and lately started to treat employees poorly. The company culture is changing, it's not fun to work in the company as it used to be, too much ego and internal time waste.
