      Cons

      Very limited opportunities for salary growth or formal raises. Frequent internal restructuring and GTM strategies. Success requires extremely high-level of autonomy.

      Don't care about employees

      Pros

      Nothing, they think supplying snacks and coffee all day makes employee happy.

      Cons

      No raises for years, no bonus unless you are in management, and they make you feel like you need to work 12-16 hours a day for an 8 hour salary.
