Toxic lobby going on for promotions and appraisals, it you know to lure people you would definitely get a good cut. Talent is hardly recognised here. 3. The fact is employees want recognition and appreciation but they never do that. 7.The vicious cycle of surveys which they promise are anonymous but these are the baitd to track employees and use it for absurdly throwing out that employee.
