      Professional Services Leadership Politics Drains Positivity

      - Attractive compensation with flexible working arrangements.

      Cons

      - Senior leadership is plagued by internal politics, which can be draining and demotivating for employees. Instead of constructive feedback, there is a constant focus on pointing out mistakes. - Leadership shows a reluctance to listen to employee concerns, which stifles innovation and growth. - Learning opportunities are not prioritized, with no certifications provided to support employee development. - Current PS leadership has imposed informal agreements with other companies to not hire current employees from NICE, despite the absence of a legally binding NDA. This limits career mobility and can feel restrictive.

      High quotas not attainable, 4/45 reps are at quota.

      Low job risk, high attention to training, tons of support from org.

      Cons

      High quotas, low base, and no ramp period makes it hard to sustain your income when building pipeline. Only 4/45 reps are on track to hit quota for 2024.
