      Very few holidays, restrictive PTO, very very low diversity overall, and very low percentage of women in sales

      Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, especially in the AWS cloud Does invest in employee growth through certifications, training, etc. Competitive salary, benefits, and perks. Encourages internal mobility after 18 months which is good Good experience for tech manager as the processes, initiatives, employee assessment, etc. help in the long run

      Cons

      Cross-department coordination can occasionally be a challenge due to global teams. Weird rule - no blood relation/spouse can't work in same company No onsite opportunities.
