      I’ve been with Nice for over two years now, and it has been an exceptional experience. The company is filled with technically skilled individuals who are dedicated to both the growth of the organization and its people. Nice places a strong emphasis on innovation and encourages employees to engage in this through events like Sparkathon and CXTech. Managers and leaders are approachable and open to new ideas from all team members. There’s consistent employee engagement throughout the year, and those who put in their best effort are recognized and rewarded by the organization.

      Cons

      There could be more flexibility with the work-from-home policy. Insurance and other HR policies could be improved.
