Pros

NICE is a great place to work. It has many employee engagement activities happening throughout the calendar year. The community is also very strong as there are domain knowledge transfer sessions that happen which helps in understanding the NICE product portfolio. Here, the managers you get are really amazing. They guide you well. And senior leadership management is one of the finest in the tech industries.

None that I can remember of.
