      Marketing leadership has no idea what they're doing. There is no room for upward growth unless someone leaves and you've been there 10+ years.

      Hybrid work set up Salary is just ok, can improve and be more competitive Good Operations Leadership - Joe was amazing as well as some of his OPS Leadership Team, even some offshore leaders Service Support People are nice and accommodating - Facilities, Housekeeping, Security personnel

      Cons

      HR Leadership - who run the world! Lack of internal opportunities to further develop skills and capabilities Benefit is not as inclusive as it can be Inclusivity and diversity is mostly for show and not really part of the DNA

      Pros

      Exposure to global teams and technologies. Opportunity to work with skilled professionals across US and India. Good learning curve if you are self-driven.

      Cons

      HR policies are not employee-friendly and lack flexibility. The organization often feels HR-driven rather than business or people-driven. Lack of transparency in bonus allocations and internal processes. Poor infrastructure support in India offices — no dedicated canteen space; employees are frequently asked to vacate during lunch for events. Disconnect between US and India leadership, often leading to confusion and misalignment. Employee recognition and motivation are inconsistent.
