Salaried - means working 60 or more hours a week - no job satisfaction - US management employees are continually replaced by Israeli ex-pats. No employee/employer feedback on any corporate changes basically the attitude that you should be happy to have a job. It used to be a good place to work - but the senior management has no confidence in the US work force. You will work in an atmosphere (even if you are a manager) of no trust and having to prove yourself over and over. There is no respect for employees.

Bias exists between senior management and non-Israli employees. Their most recent additions to senior management are ineffective leaders from other industries with very little experience in this industry. They do not seem to posses the right skills to lead large teams of professionals. NICE no longer puts clients or employees first and this, coupled with the harsh attitudes of senior management towards non-Israeli employees is giving NICE a notorious reputation as a terrible place to work.
