      NICE systems has no plan of action on projects and is very disorganized.

      Pros

      Nice coworkers and friendly environment to work for. The benefits are normal but nothing to go crazy over. Around a lot of nice places to eat.

      Cons

      Company has no idea how to work with the American portion of the company. They will hire people from Israel and train them before they will give you a promotion.

      Pros

      Great products and most non leadership people were great to work with. Allowed most employees to work from home. Benefits and pay were average for industry.

      Cons

      Lack of any upward mobility. Minimal training, large amount of travel required. No rewards for extra effort or any form of recognition for job well done.
