My opinion is: -Management - extremely poor leadership -Working hours - think sweatshop, expect to have no personal life. -Poor career progression - don't expect promotion unless you're there a very long time. -Pay-rise non existent for last few years. so salary falling behind competitors. -Extremely political, with different divisions working against each other. -Polices and procedures are antiquated and long winded. -Internal systems are poor and do not fulfill business needs. -Customer service - customers are definitely not the focus for NICE, if anything more of a hindrance. -Company centered on Israel, many of the managers in other countries are from Israel, which does not help with regional understanding and differences.

Management has no clue what really happens in the field. Expectation that employees can work on any version whether trained on it or not is unrealistic. When management is told you don't know the particular version their response is you will be OK. When you aren't you are put down and told you don't have appropriate skills.
