NiCE First Line Support Engineer reviews

I've worked at NICE for almost an year and I believe I'll be the right person to post a feedback. NICE is a product company having its offices across the globe and the biggest workforce based in Pune. I feel lucky to have worked at NICE, I was a part of the First Line Support-Nexidia team and my experience has been a cherishing one, I loved working with my team and I've worked with one of the best managers in my career-Pranay Kakde. Being an employee friendly company, there's a lot of flexibility provided in terms of work, salary gets processed on time, great allowances, gifts and ofcourse a great work culture. A lot of focus is made on the growth of the employee be it career transition or supporting an employee to take part in different events, I personally have participated at times and was rewarded equally. :)
