      Pros

      In Cxone you get to explore a lot on the new and changing technology like AWS, Azure cloud. You get hands-on experience on developing new products for the Contact Center business and if you are lucky you might even get to work on AI. If you are not having knowledge of a particular technology NICE arranges trainings for you every quarter. You get the work experience and knowledge of how to handle situations.

      Cons

      The pay scale is average for the amount of work you do. The work life balance is disturbed sometimes because of production events and deadlines. Sometimes you also have to work on legacy products and code.
