Good salary, benefits, and I was lucky enough to have a great team to work with.

Cons

Will terminate you without warning or explanation, and despite your manager knowing/working with you for years, you will not be offered a second thought, any sympathy or any sort of parting words whatsoever. In fact, you will be left forever wondering what you did wrong and why your manager "pretended" to value your work, and you as a person, for so long. The whole experience will leave you feeling hurt, unworthy and will send you into a depressive spiral as you struggle to find another job for many months. Speaking from experience!
