Pros

Rewards such as compensation, bonuses, awards, holistic benefits package to include wellbeing in terms of mind & body & community. Plenty of room to grow within the company just no clear career path. But sometimes that the beauty of it!

Cons

No time to use the great benefits - little work life balance. Company and people are very stuck in their ways to try new ideas. The few that are open to trying new things can't because they have too much on their plates to prioritize revamping old processes. No clear career path.
