worked with some amazing people good package in terms of salary and health insurance

Cons

next to no training and succession planning lost a lot of talent due to this at the time, no support when on maternity leave and no option for soft transition back to role therefore was required to resign.. poor performance on their part lack of regard for the environment long term a pretend to care culture in areas of importance such as people, environment, career progression

Management on the shifter level leaves alot to be desired, some of the shifters like to bend the rules and company policy to.make the numbers for keeping the equipment up, even going as far as sending equipment out broken and also breaking safety protocols
