Good pay and bonus structure. Sponsor employee development programs.

Cons

Very vague and minimal direction from leadership. They give mixed messages to the teams as there is no consistency in processes which leaves employees feeling directionless and fighting tactical work rather than being able to focus on strategic initiatives. This seems to be the trend in the company over the last 2 years leaving employees who are career oriented very frustrated as there doesn't seem to be any opportunities for career growth. Leaders seem to be very busy trying to prove themselves to their peers.
