Pros
Pay and benefits are very good. Good work schedule as far as time off goes. The company loves to give back and be involved in the community. Most coworkers are great people. Training is available and it is paid but it is usually done as an overtime shift.
Cons
Night shift can be tough to get through, If you are the low man on the ladder, it doesn't matter how many years experience you have, you will be doing work that correlates to your standing among coworkers. Low morale. Excessive safety rules make it even harder to do the work. Not much time to do training unless it is on your own time. Very hard to schedule time off due to one-person-off-at-a-time rules.
