Pros

Love that it is remote and my boss is not managing my time.

Cons

Only con is they add workload but no additional pay and annual raise was like 1 percent. I tried to negotiate more but got rejected.

This company lies to you non stop. I had a bad feeling about this company 6 weeks into my employment but stayed because I thought it would turn around, Fast forward to last month and they let me go due to budget cuts. Ironic considering the yearly bonus (which I was qualified for was supposed to be paid out 3/31) they laid me off and my last day was the day I got the news. I lost all trust with this company. I was correcting other individuals mistakes so I honestly don't see a lot of individuals being employed for long. They let excellent employees go without any notice. I heard from others when I was employed there that the company is going under and really struggling so be careful about accepting a job with them they will discard you like trash.

Large company with many divisions that can support your efforts.

Cons

Badly managed. Fractured management. Micromanaged Really bad benefits. $900 total 401k match. High healthcare out of pocket. Directionless. Non supportive, dishonest environment. You are on your own. Many, many businesses that are not integrated. Employees not valued. Right now company is in significant financial distress IT service is amazingly poor.
