Amenities, nice brokers, nice office, good staff. worked along side very good people who new their worth and learned alot from them

good benefits but taxes alot, makes you work hard with no reward. had an outstanding performance only to be told they couldnt give me a raise but other people in the department received one. director was conniving, nice nasty and had no respect for anyone but herself and treated the team like it was a customer service job. conspired to have me laid off as soon as new people were hired
