      Pros

      I loved working with the marketing team at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank because it was a very friendly, team environment with very nice people. Everyone was there to help each other out if needed while working in an efficient system. The work you get to do is very versatile from creating collateral from templates, to designing collateral from scratch and much more. You are working within real estate on a daily basis, but many of your tasks are different making each day new and exciting.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a more laid back, lax environment I would say this company would not be the best for you. Everyone is very nice, but it is more of a formal, professional setting.

      Pros

      The people are very knowledgeable and are eager to help one another. The atmosphere is relaxed and professional. Individuals are valued in this company.

      Cons

      Non that I can see really. I think it would be nice to get paid a bit more but everyone thinks they deserve more money. Depending on which facility you work in it may be difficult to advance.
