Good benefits, friendly coworkers, good parties (when they have them), and a short commute. I got good experience while I was there.

Cons

Low salaries, bad management, no flexibility in schedules, long hours, lots of work and being micromanaged constantly, just a warm body in a corporate setting.

Great opportunity for an executive climber on the non-brokerage side of the business to integrate the disparate components of multiple-mergers . Many talented employees and mid-level leaders have hung on through the changes. Great opportunity to run your silo as you see fit in the absence of central direction.

Cons

Infrastructure jettisoned during the mergers and bankruptcies has not been rebuilt. Thinly staffed ranks. Chaotic.

Excellent group of people to work with. The benefits are great and the flexibility with scheduling is even better. I love that there is such a relaxed dress code with the Lease Admin team.

Cons

Salary seems a bit shallow for this market.
