Cons

Good local leasing history. Not a very innovative or cooperative culture. Hard to break in to market share if you don't bring your own clients or work with a team.

Extremely dated software, IT, office management strategies, minimal budget, poor benefits, no 401K matching, little assistance from corporate. Overworked staff, micro-managing of every single product created that doesn't directly generate large amounts of revenue.
