Large company with many different areas in which to work or transfer between. Good people, good atmosphere, compensation, benefits etc...

Cons

Prior to purchase by BGC it had a more family feel. With the purchase the company has grown and become more corporate orientated. Unfortunately the composition of my department (property management) changed greatly after the acquisition. Other departments I believe are operating on a status quo basis.
