Pros

Little stress with working because of lack of work. Managers mostly on existant. Plenty of free time

Cons

Company is poorly run. Managers are over tasked and are almost non existant in managing their employees. When in a time the economy is growing and giving pay raises none are given. When one leaves no accrued vacation time is paid out. And a $75 closing fee per 401k or roth in charged. Customers satisfaction is poor.

Cons

The company does not invest in its employees for mutual benefit. The compensation package beyond base salary is far below what is out there for similar positions with other companies.
