Leadership NON-existent; VP/Owner does NOT hold brokerage team accountable (speed of the leader, speed of the crew) Employee morale in the tank Software tools not effective; must use 2-3 platforms to achieve a single task Brokers held to different standard than support staff HORRIBLE health care plans No 401k match, which you *must* put into Building location sits on top of a very busy and extremely loud train track
