Brought in many new bright people in the last year.

Cons

Benefits are terrible. If New Year’s Day falls on the weekend, it is not observed. Most of my colleagues are dissatisfied and it’s largely due to the mindset and decisions of executive leadership. It’s tough when everyone around you is looking to leave.

Pros

This company has a lot to offer in compensation and benefits. Great office with lots of complimentary meals.

Cons

The office I worked in was 95% men, and I was one of a few women which made me quite uncomfortable. The men were respectful, but they would participate in male stereotyped networking activities outside of the office where the women were not invited. Management is poor, and there is a TERRIBLE work-life balance. I would feel guilty asking for PTO or sick time which I accrued. When they let me go they did not provide an explanation as to why when I asked since it was a total shock, I was just given "poor work performance".
