Pros
stable work for regulars, good 401k plan, better than average work atmosphere
Cons
unwilling to change a poor rotating work schedule. does not get pay raised less than 2%, not good when considering most employees are paid under $10/hr. Plus you have to work forever to get your raised once your promoted to a higher level. too many turnover due to high usage of temps. management has no leadership skills .
