- Flexible Timings - Common policies across the EDCs - Have a lot of policies for employee benefits - Good personal Life and work balance - Used to give good hikes till last year

Cons

- Politics everywhere, junior level as well as senior level. You can't grow if you don't know how to play with the management. - Respects only experience not the expertise or talent - Awards/Recognition are given to experience people only And that too on a rotation basis inside the team. - If you are at a junior level, no materialistic appreciation will be given to you, no matter how good work you do for them - Salary Hikes have reduced from the time CVCI has occupied the enterprise
