Pros

I have been here a little over two years and worked on two projects so far. Each one gave me a chance to learn, take on responsibility, and keep growing. The work culture is really positive, people are approachable and easy to work with. The company also encourages continuous learning by advising on relevant courses and keeping us updated with new technologies. Work flexibility is a big plus, with a healthy respect for personal time and no pressure on weekends and gifts on special occasions make you feel appreciated.

Cons

The only things I would point out are that the leave balance could be a bit higher. And hikes are fair, though there is always room for them to be a little better. But compared to other companies I have seen, it is not unreasonable.
