      Pros

      Ness is such a good company where employees have the higher priority. As a nessian employee can have nice brand value in the market. The work which u will get in the ness will very good and useful. I had worked for more than 3 years with ness it was really a great journey, even u ppl can say the same once u get into ness. Ness is my favourite company forever.

      Cons

      Some of the program directors are rally very bad, other than this everything will b amazing at ness.

      Ness (Bangalore) is a more employee focused when you compare it with bigger companies like Keane, Infy etc

      A little towards 'employee oriented', Old and valued clients, Location(city center), Infrastructure, Social and environmental responsibility, Employee health, Corporate sport events, etc

      Cons

      Recently made private after its acquisition by Citi ventures group, Sometimes people are stuck with boring projects, Because of the idea of Extended development centers the employee are very distant from the core organization, less opportunities to travel within the organization, etc
