Good Company if you do not expect facilities like in big MNCs
Pros
Company's Location . Good work life balance. Work atmosphere depends on the project or team with which you work. Timelines for providing yearly hikes are not so diligently followed, but when given a hike; most of them will be satisfied (though not so happy). Free evening snacks. Basically, company provides good compensation.
Cons
The basic facilities like Canteen, Pantry are very bad. No library. No transport facility available (since company is situated in core b'lore and not in out skirts). If you are staying late night due to work reasons, you can avail a cab which hardly arrives on time plus there would be no escort facility for lady employees. It is not uncommon to see management politics favoring the seniority/specialists, with new voices falling on deaf ears.
