      They hire people at a higher salary above industry average Relaxed work culture

      Cons

      The higher entry salary is offset by giving low hikes later so you eventually get lower than industry average You can be left idling in the same project for years if you don't fight to get out Very small bench, if your project is over and you're not able to fit into another for 2 months, there's a high chance of getting fired
