Pros: I want to proclaim that in Ness technologies is one of the best companies they don't put heavy work loads on employees and yes we can say that work and life balance was good there.

Cons

career opportunities are very less in India.

Cons

When all set to re-join the HR says change in HR policy cannot employ Foreign passport holders in India.
