      Pros

      Very friendly culture..relaxed workplace..flexible timings..five day working but good for only those who want relaxed job and not for those who want to grow

      Cons

      Lots of partiality.. if your in good terms with the HR and top management then only you get promoted fast..Salary hike is very low and delayed No Job Security as they keep having ramp downs and expect you to cope with it as they say its part of their culture.
